On Tuesday, June 30, more than 70 Ballard businesses will kick off the Tuesdays in Ballard campaign, a summerlong stimulus plan with events and activities for all ages.

Yellow smiley-face posters designate participating merchants, which include Laura Bee Designs and Kick It Boots and Stompwear. In addition, Habitude will offer outdoor mini chair massages; kids' shoe and clothing shop Mon Petit Shoe will host a mini-carnival; Sonic Boom Records will host the Born Anchors at 7 p.m. for a free all-ages show; and Zayda Buddy’s Pizza & Bar will give away free tater tots with drink purchase.
